Social Wellness Services: Short-term counseling for relationship issues at home and at work, stress management, anxiety, deployment/ reintegration issues, handling grief and loss, discrimination, and other non-medical concerns. No records are kept except for certain "duty to warn" situations.

Provides prompt and impartial services to all Airmen and Guardians, military family members, and retirees, responding to unlawful discrimination and harassment which threaten Airmen and Guardian’s wellbeing, unit morale, and ultimately degrades mission readiness and success.
Social Wellness Services: Guidance for reporting on workplace discrimination - based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, or sexual orientation), age (over 40), disability, genetic information, or retaliation. Also provide support for reporting unlawful harassment, harassment - hostile work environment NOT based on protected class and for Military – bullying, hazing, offensive jokes, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, intimidating acts, veiled threats of violence, threatening or provoking remarks.

Provides education and awareness of sexual assault issues and gives victims of sexual assault an avenue to seek help and maintain confidentiality
in reporting the incident/s in a safe and less intrusive process.
Social Wellness Services: For sexual assault victims, trained Victim Advocates are available for crisis intervention, referrals and on-going support as well as accompaniments to medical appointments and investigative interviews if requested. Restricted Reports may only be reported to the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), Victim Advocate or healthcare provider by a military member, their dependents over 18, and AF Civilian employees. Restricted Reporting allows a sexual assault victim to receive medical treatment and counseling without triggering an investigation.
