The Dover Air Force Base Child Development Center is a facility committed to providing child care for children of military members and civilian employees, ages six weeks through five years old.
Care includes meeting the emotional, social, cognitive and physical needs of the children in a safe and secure environment.
The CDC staff members are committed to quality child care and are continually trained in current developmentally appropriate practices. Staff members and parents work together in this cooperative effort to help children become independent and well balanced.
This approach reassures parents in their child's well-being and enables staff members to be proud participants in the program.
