Major Kady N. Griffin is presently a graduate student at Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  Prior to her current assignment, Major Griffin served as the Operations Officer, 802d Force Support Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.  She led a team of approximately 2,000 military, civilian, and contracted employees in one of the Air Force’s largest Force Support Squadrons. She advised the commander on issues concerning readiness and deployment operations, military and civilian personnel, manpower, education and training, military and family readiness, lodging and food operations, honor guard and mortuary affairs, as well as crisis and humanitarian response.

Major Griffin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May of 2000.  She taught junior high school in Wichita Falls, Texas until she began her military career in 2006. She started her Air Force journey at Officer Training School where she commissioned in April of 2006.  Major Griffin was previously a special operations navigator on the MC-130P and has held multiple operations and support positions throughout her career
