CMSgt SHANNON M. WALL
Chief Master Sergeant Shannon Marie Wall is the 436th Force Support Squadron Superintendent. In this position, she provides vital mission support through manpower and personnel, service sustainment, force development, Airman and family services, community services along with mortuary affairs, honor guard, and installation readiness. She provides leadership and functional expertise to the Airmen that take care of over 5,000 military and civilian, 4,900 dependents, and 16,700 retirees. Chief Wall facilitates the squadron commander’s vision, daily operations and advises leadership on enlisted force matters. She is the strategic advisor to the wing on morale, and quality of life programs and initiatives.
Chief Wall entered the Air Force in October 1990. Her background includes duties as a Reprographics Specialist and Education and Training Management. Her previous assignments include bases in Ohio, Washington, Arkansas, North Dakota, Alaska, and Hawaii. Additionally, she also served overseas in Great Britain. Prior to serving in her current position, Chief Wall served as Superintendent, Maintenance Training Branch, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Manpower and Resources Division, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
