The 436th Force Support Squadron (FSS) is dedicated to providing quality programs and activities to a total force of 30,000 including retirees and almost 5,500 active duty and reserve service members and nearly 4,500 family members.
The 436th FSS Marketing Department is dedicated to providing support services to those functions that help keep our Airman and their families as stress free as possible and keep them taken care of.
They produce much of the graphic arts and information seen around the non-appropriated fund services found across the base from Outdoor Recreation all the way to the Patterson Dining Facility. The Marketing Department also oversees corporate sponsorship and advertising for the FSS as well. Below you can see some of the essential marketing and sponsorship services.
The Marketing Department handles these services for the 436th FSS:
Provides marketing plans and publicity to increase public awareness of programs and activities.
Creates and generates surveys/questionnaires with analysis for activity managers
Designs and administers advertising campaigns for new or existing programs
Acts as squadron public relations representative for base-level FSS events
Administers AMC and Air Force Services customer programs and contests
Tracks and evaluates ICE Customer Comment Card data and is the ICE website administrator
Oversees the Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising Program
