All participants MUST have current flu shot, sports physical,

and Parent Orientation records.

CYPBMS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

​

1. Complete your CYPBMS profile by filling out Parent Information, Child Information, and Payment & Billing.

​

2. Select Instructional Camps, then select Youth Basketball and choose the age group that your child belongs to.

​

3. All information (Parent Information, Child Information, and Payment & Billing) MUST be completed prior to the first day of practice. If you cannot upload your records to the portal, please email welsee.parker.2@us.af.mil or visit the Youth Center.

4. Once all information is obtained, parents will be sent a Sports Orientation via email. Please read the Sports Orientation and reply back once completed.

​

5. Families will be contacted via email when the registration process has been completed.

​
