Policy Guidance Extension for ID Card Operation for COVID-19: ID (non-CAC) card expirations between 1 January 2020 and 31 July 2021 have been extended to 31 October 2021 for active duty dependent family members, and extended to 31 January 2022 for Retirees and their dependents.  Please note that ID (non-CAC) cards that expired before 1 January 2020 or after 31 July 2021 have not been extended and will not be accepted. Signed USID memo is attached for additional information.  We are encouraging dependents to utilize our online ID card process for renewal to prevent a backlog of those requiring an unexpired ID Card 1 November 2021.

For Retiree and Dependent ID Cards, visitors must schedule an appointment to come into the office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-3:30pm. Please visit ID Card Office Online for appointment availability. If you do not have access to ID Card Office Online or need assistance scheduling an appointment, please call 677-3728, option #1.
